IP Nurse Call Handset

The IP-7100 V5 Handset is a corded device that connects to the IP7100 master call point. The handset is aesthetically pleasing and designed to fit comfortably in the hand. It is a digital device which includes assignable buttons which can be configured according to the overlay selection required.

It enables patients/residents to call a nurse from a bed or seated position where they may not be able to reach the wall-mounted call point and includes an in-built, dimmable, white-LED torch on the left side. The handset can optionally be used to control room or over-bed lighting, traditional television and IPTV systems when used in conjunction with the associated master call point interfaces.

Reliability

The robust handset is manufactured from high impact plastic for maximum reliability. Buttons are clearly labelled and backlit to enhance visibility with the braille symbol for ‘N’ on Nurse call button. When the Nurse button is pushed, the LED backlight changes to assure the user that the call was submitted.

Each handset comes with a wall-mounted cradle and has a 1.4 m curly cord (stretches ~4 m), in-line headphone connection and a built-in speaker for TV audio integration.
